I rebuilt myself from scratch, piece by piece.

Is this therapy? +

No. Coaching and therapy are different things. Therapy typically explores the past and addresses psychological conditions. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on where you are now, where you want to go, and what is keeping you stuck. If you need therapeutic support, I will always be honest about that.

What happens in the free session? +

We have an honest 30-minute conversation. You share where you are, what feels stuck, and what you actually want. I ask real questions. At the end we both decide honestly whether coaching together makes sense, no pressure either way.

Do I need to have my goals figured out already? +

No, and most people don't. Not knowing is often exactly the starting point. Part of the work is getting clear on what you actually want, not what you think you should want.

Is there any pressure to sign up after the free call? +

None. The free session is genuinely free and genuinely pressure-free. If it's not a fit, we both move on. If it is, we talk about next steps together.

How do sessions work? +

Sessions are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, one-to-one, online. Each session is built around where you are that week, not a rigid script. Between sessions you have accountability check-ins and reflection prompts to keep the work moving.

Who is this not for? +

People looking for quick fixes, generic motivation, or someone to just validate their excuses. This work requires honesty, effort, and showing up consistently. If you're not ready for that yet, that's okay, but this probably isn't the right moment.
